Doing Great. We've had Moxie since July of last year. Ever since we started, there's been way, way less bugs. Their guarantee is awesome and their techs are just as good. Tom was the tech today, no different from the rest (maybe he smiled bigger) in that he was polite and professional, doing everything I wanted, and then some. I really do sleep easier knowing my bug guy cares about doing a good job!

No Bugs - Nice Guy. Great customer focused organization.

Chris did a great job of telling us about Moxies services.

Celeste was friendly and helpful making sure we received a time frame that worked best for our schedule and when I had to reschedule due to a last minute plan she was happy to accommodate.

We LOVE Tom our "bug guy". He does a wonderful job of explaining the products he is using. After our first appointment with Moxie Tom provided his cell phone number in case we spotted any bugs we could send him a picture. After a huge rain storm a spider made its way into the house and I took a picture of it on my phone and sent it to Tom. He told me what he thought it was and it was comforting to know that when he was coming back for a respray he knew what we wanted to get rid of.

Great service. Everyone from this company that has come to my house has been extremely friendly and professional. I was having some spider troubles in my basement, but Aaron came out and took care of it. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and was very curtious. I love the service they provide and would recommend them to anyone.

Simply Amazing. Everything from the guy who set up the appointment to the technician that came out (Tom) was simply amazing. They made sure they knew everything I was seeing, that they did everything I wanted them to and walked me through the whole process, explaining everything. I have a vested interest in knowing exactly what's getting put around my house chemical wise, and I was more than pleased when every question was answered quickly andd honestly. They changed what they were going to do to suit my requests, and took notes to make sure they do it that way in the future too. When it was all done (more than what was originally promised), Tom asked if there was anything else he could do. Very impressive. The office staff that I talked to was also very pleasant to talk to. 6 stars out of 5, so far. Excellent first impression.
