Alvin came out to service our house and was very professional. The girls in the office were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I have been impressed with their services and products since they started this past summer. We have not had any pest problems since they started regularly servicing our property quarterly. Thanks Moxie Utah for doing a great job.

Knowledgeable and Helpful!. I had Moxie come out because we just moved into our new home and there were a few spiders inside. The guy who sprayed was very nice, and told me a lot about the spray he was using. He also did something in the walls, and put out some spider traps. I hope I don't have to call them back between their regular services and I haven't seen any more spiders since about a week after he first sprayed but if I do call them back, they said it would be free because of the warranty. Score!

BEWARE! BEWARE! Moxie Pest Control Utah is a ripoff company. I dont know why I signed the contract, but the highly trained sales rep promised alot of stuff and didnt deliver. They promised to set mouse traps for our home on their first visit but didnt.

After their first spray inside our home our entire family fell ill with fever and cough for about a week. I wrote them a letter to inform them of that and they insisted their products are safe.

We asked them to cancel the contract since they did not keep their part of the bargain but they keep sending us notices for breach of contract.

We kept replying to them saying they were the ones who breached the contract and we owe them nothing, but they keep sending us the bill.

DO NOT SIGN or use Moxie Pest Control Utah, they are a terrible pest control company. Besides, if they are as good as they say they are then why REQUIRE people to sign a contract? This should've been the first RED FLAG for us but I was too naive to even notice. Dont make the same mistake we did, save your money and go with any other reputable Pest Control company who actually dont require you to sign a contract to serve you.

Also, don't believe all the positive reviews they have online, they hired a Reputation Manager to take care of these. Trust me I know, I am an online marketer and I know all the tricks these companies use to fool people into believing that they do good service. Don't trust anything you read online, no one is policing this medium. Good luck and save yourself the headache and being scammed by Moxie Pest Control Utah.

Eric and Andrew were very nice and helpful technicians but overall not a great company. There are inconsistencies within each services. Their product did not control or wasps or lawn grubs. Also, different stories on if spray was safe to be around infants and animals.

I had Alvin and Eric come out today to do our spray. They are very professional and have been very helpful with our needed problems. We have had spray services in the past and I would definitely recommend them over all .

I have seen good results from Moxie.. I have seen good results from Moxie. Their whole staff is very friendly and the technicians are very knowledgeable. Aaron came out and did a great job explaining everything to me and making sure I was very pleased and happy with the service.
