I agree with all the negative comments
made about Springs. No matter how good a tenant you are, make a mistake and you'll find out the truth of what management thinks of tenants. If for some reason management thinks you inferior (all tenants are, especially those with special needs and those dependent on social security). It only takes one incident after which management will watch for anything that can be construed as or twisted into a "mistake" for which management can and does use as an excuse to charge additional fees (even THEIR mistakes are charged to the tenant which has been "marked"). Beware... do not drop anchor here.
