I had read a few reviews about this place online, which weren’t the best, but a friend of mine had referred me to them, so even though I had my doubts, I decided to give it a shot.

I had a serious issue on my hands, and honestly I didn’t know what to do. My issue was a roach problem I learned about after moving in, it was so disgusting, every night (and sometimes even in the day), they would come out and crawl around everywhere. I had asked before moving in if there was any kind of insect problem, and specifically asked if there were “roaches”, which I was assured there were not. We had to move because of insect problems from our previous place, and just didn’t want to put up with it anymore.

Long story short, I complained to the landlord, complained some more, and then some more. No help, like talking to a brick wall.

We didn’t have the money to move again, and we really didn’t want to since this new place was close to both work and school for the little ones. So we wanted to find other options.

So a friend referred us to the Rental Protection Agency, we set up an account, filed a complaint through them.. and I’d say maybe within a few weeks, our landlord agreed to send out the bug man (thank god!!!) to take care of the issue. It was so awesome to not see those little disgusting things running around anymore.
