Very open and accomodating in terms of car selection .

Not pushy to get a deal.

Various options discussed in terms of leasing, finance was not prohibitive for my point of view as a new person to USA with no credit history.

I came to the dealership in an effort to look at purchasing a new car. I was promptly met by a salesman whom proceeded to answer all my questions and let me test drive a car without a question. They worked out a deal to fit perfectly into my budget and addressed any issues perfectly. Travis worked fantastic on any money issues i needed addressed. Overall it was an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

John was GREAT to work with!! I know his helper, Travis has his job to do also, but he could have been a little more understanding. We all are People! John truly saw that I was a person and have influences in life. So I really appreciated him!!

Ryan Crossman is a great salesman. He made me feel comfortable and he was personable. You could tell he was an honest guy who wasn't going to push you into something you didn't want, he was respectful. I can only say this about Ryan though, that's who this review is for. I had some bad experiences with a couple of other employees there who were shady and promised things they didn't follow through on. But i am very happy with my VW CC! See Ryan!
