I've used Affordable Appliance twice now. About 6 months ago Vern came out and fixed my dryer. Today, I had him back to fix my washer. Vern is a great guy. Always friendly and honest. As other's
have said, "Vern tells it like it is." If he can fix it, he'll tell you what it will cost. If it is cheaper to replace it, he'll tell you that too.
I was going to have Sears come out and fix my dryer (it is a Kenmore) but they said the earliest they could get to it would be 3 days. I called Vern and he was here about an hour later and had the dryer fixed and going an hour after that. Awesome.
