-BETTER THAN EXPECTED @ S JORDAN DIAMOND RENTAL. They really helped us get the job done! We removed sod, regraded, installed sprinklers and re-sodded in 2 days. I don't know what happened since I rented a year ago, but they really HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. Also, it's clean inside, they are happy to answer any questions, and they gave us a break on pricing. Good thing Mike explained the Skid wheel loader (Bobcat) was too big for my Ford Ranger to haul. We didn't notice that we were sent home with a different bucket than requested. When I called because it wasn't working in our hard clay soil, they delivered the other bucket immediately and made it right. (Fortunately, I had a farmer to operate it and do the job right...I'd highly recommend including a farmer.) They close earlier than the other guys, so you get more time for a 4 hr job (from 2:30 rather than 6pm) When I was asking about the price of their trencher (next day), I thought a friend got it over night for $65. Turns out that's the 2 hr price rather than the 4hr cost for overnight, but Mike dropped the price and didn't charge us the full 4hr rate. He said they have a little more leverage being locally owned. They treated us right!
