Quick, Honest, Extensive Service. The guys at the shop were willing to explain in detail the condition of all of the different parts of my transmission (Brett was incredibly helpful with this). Most shops i took my car to would only give me a price estimate to crack it open, but would not talk specifics (I.E. Tanner Transmission).

They were very straight forward with me on necessary immediate repairs and what things I could probably wait on. Tranny works great and I'll would happily refer my family to them for future repairs.

Great customer service. I am a single mother of 5 and I have a Chrysler mini van that had a bad transmisssion. My general repair shop referred me to them and I was very happy with their service. I have been taken advantage of at other repair shops and was very leary to go to anyone. They checked my van for free and called with the diagnosis. I approved the work and it was completed when they promised. I was also very happy to get my bill and it was just as they promised. I will be back for my recommened yearly transmission service. I also checked them out on the Better Business Berau website and I was happy to see I wasn't the only one that was happy with their work. Thanks you guys for being so fair and easy to deal with, there is not a lot of you out there!

BEST TRANS SHOP IN THE STATE. J&G TRANS BUILT ONE OF THEIR HIGH PERFORMANCE TRANSMISSIONS FOR MY DODGE DIESEL I HAD 2 PREVIOUS TRANSMISSIONS IN MY TRUCK FROM OTHER HIGHLY REPERABLE TRANS PLACES

AND THEY BOTH FAILED. I HAD MY TRANS DONE AT J&G AND I NOW HAVE 20,000 MILES ON IT AND IT'S TEN TIMES THE TRANS THAT THESE OTHERS WERE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THEM FOR ANY TRANS WORK YOU NEED DONE.

Transmission Experts?? Sure...... Brought my Jeep in with a code 23 coming up on the computer. First it was $350 to fix it - very resonable. Then they called me back saying I needed a new transmission, That would cost $2300. Well I didn't have that much cash so I said I would have to bring the jeep back later. The next day I decided to reset my engine codes. The transmission shifts great now - no issues at all - 300 miles later it is still running great. Does there seem to be something wrong here? If the sensor comes back on in the next month I will make sure to take off my review - but untill then I would recommend a differnt tranny shop.

HONEST MECHANIC. THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW BUSINESSES THAT WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT AND TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG AND NOT TAKE YOU TO THE BANK. THEY WILL NOT OVER-CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR SERVICES AND WILL FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
