superb service. When we first moved into the area, we got car insurance through Rory Duckworth because my mom recommended him. Four years later, we are still his clients because he has proven himself to be our best friend in the insurance business time and time again.

He is always available; either he answers the phone himself, or he calls back within minutes if we leave a message. His office staff are also extremely capable and professional, and are often able to assist us without "asking the boss".

Rory really knows his stuff. If I call to ask about coverage, etc, he is honest and gives us the true picture of all of the options. He never tries the "hard sell", just gives us excellent information and lets us decide.

He is personable and values his clients. If we have a problem, like a cracked windshield, he treats it as if it was his own car that had a problem and gets things taken care of the same day. He knows my name when I call him on the phone, and knows the make and model of my vehicles. He sends Christmas and birthday greetings. Sometimes when I get cards from businesses I kind of doubt their sincerity, but not Rory Duckworth. He had worked hard to serve us and has shown that he truly cares.

Over & Beyond. Rory, went over & beyond. I am a very busy mom and he went out of his way to meet me on a Saturday night. I would recommend him to any one A+.
