Not dependable or honest about doing a good job.. The owner of the company gave us a bid on painting a new construction basement. After accepting the bid he sent his only employee, (who is a relative of his) to do the job. After a week of work and terrible job was done he came back and looked at it and agreed it needed to be fixed so he sent back the same guy to try and fix it. He didn't know what he was doing to fix it and after 2 more weeks had made some progress, but it still didn't look good. After calling the owner again he wasn't even willing to come and take a look at it to know what the finished job looked like. Unfortunatly I had paid them in full assuming they had done a good job. The owner just told me that he didn't want to loose money on it and sometimes a job just goes bad and that was it. After a complaint with the BBB he replied back with a bunch of lies and just isn't willing to fess up that he should have had more involvement in the job. The only reason his employee still has a job is because of the family relation, otherwise he should have been fired. I would never hire them again no matter what they promise or what their price might be.
