Terrible. I became an elase member in order to have laser hair removal for the Brazilian area. You go in for your appointment about every 5 weeks and the appointment only takes about 10 min which was nice......however......I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with my results after 21 months!! I was a "perfect candidate" or so they told me (dark course hair and paler skin). I went in faithfully the entire time and I still have lots of hair left! The texture has changed and it is thinner, but I still have lots left! I complained and they did offer me 3 more treatments, but it did not do the trick! I feel like it was a huge waste of time and money and I would not recommend ELASE to anyone! I would also like to mention that the at the front desk do not make you feel welcome! They have poor customer service and are bitchy if you ask me!

not very customer friendly (esp. being in SH) to LGBTQ. Just weren't that frinedly to me (gay guy) nor my friend (lesbian)

Best 3 Decisions. I actually love what Elase has done for me. I have smooth legs, no wrinkle on my forehead and way better complexion. Best three decisions I have done for myself....

1. Spend whatever on a good looking pair of Jeans

2. Laser Hair Removal

3. Botox

Must Do. I have been a fan of Elase over a year now. Since I started my laser hair removal, I started branching out trying other treatments they offer. I have been loving their esthetic treatments. If you like facials with real results you have to try the Vitalize Peel treatments. My skin has never looked better, I'm hooked!

Men Love Elase Too!. I have been going to Elase for two years now for both laser hair removal and Botox. That's right, real men are proud to do Botox! The staff is welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend Elase!

I think the receptionists are nice!. I actually think the receptionists are super-cute and nice. I have been going to Elase for years, and I have had nothing but a great experience. Best injectors for Botox and fillers that I have ever been to!

WORST SERVICE EVER. RECEPTIONIST IS MEAN. IF YOU ARE PRETTY SHE WILL HATE YOU AND TALK TO YOU IN A MEAN WAY. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR SERVICE AND GET TREATED RUDELY? IT IS NOT FREE, AND THEY HAVE COMPETITORS. SO NOW I DO FILLINGS AND BOTOX IN OTHER PLACES, SO AS MY BOYFRIEND. THIS IDIOT RECEPTIONIST TOLD HIM THAT MEN USUALLY DO NOT HAVE BOTOX DONE, SO SHE MADE HIM FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. RECEPTIONIST IS A FACE OF THE COMPANY. IF THEY TOLERATE RUDENESS THEN THE WHOLE STAFF IS AWFUL AS WELL

Very Professional. Hi. I just went to Elase today to get my first laser hair removal appointment. I received a thorough consultation about a week ago and today was my actual treatment. I was really pleased with the process. The facility was very clean, the staff was very professional and the whole process was very fast. Besides that, the price was awesome. They have a new payment program where you can just pay every month and you don't have to do any large upfront payments. That was basically the only reason that I was able to afford laser hair removal. I would definitely recommend Elase.

The BEST Place for Everything. I am a client of the Elase in Salt Lake. I have had Treasure do my Botox and fillers. I had Crystal do my laser hair removal. Both of them have been awesome and very knowledgeable. I would recommend to Elase for anybody that wants hair removal, Botox, or any kind of skin care. Their staff is very nice, very helpful, can answer all of your questions, and the office is beautiful. And their prices are pretty much the lowest around.

Not Good. I had laser hair removal and laser Lipo done here. While the ladies that did the laser hair removal were nice, they forgot to tell me that THIS IS NOT PERMANENT. I went though the entire regiment they suggested, then the extra treatments that they suggested. Now, a year later, I have JUST AS MUCH HAIR AS I HAD BEFORE. I asked them about it, and they said it happens, it would have been nice of them to tell me that when I started instead of hearing, "yes it's totally permanent", which is what they told me at the time. They must be commission based,

While doing the hair removal, they talked me into having their new Laser Liposuction. I had it, and within a month, I looked exactly like I did before. I had no problems with the Doctor that did it, but upon reading online, apparently there is a group suing him for messing them up, and he has already had his license to prescribe certain medications revoked. So here I am, several THOUSAND dollars poorer, and absolutely no different. I WOULD AVOID!
