Very Impressed. I am very happy to have Bristlecone on my side when it comes to my rental property. They have done very good things for my property, including keeping it rented out for the last 3 years straight. They are always professional and I am very happy to have them.

Would not recommend renting from Bristlecone. Bristlecone's response time to work orders is absurd. The average is days and weeks, not hours. Even if the problem may cause damage to the property. They don't seem to care. Their work ethic is severely lacking. When they finally do get around to fixing something, it's a half-hearted job. They are the epitome of the stereotypical management company. It's a shame they don't take more pride in their work. And they don't recognize good tenants when they have them. It seems that Bristlecone treats you well if you live in a more expensive apartment. For those in the "ghetto", forget it.

Superior Service!. This is a great, no hassle management company. Everything was taken care of with one phone call any time there was an issue. I am grateful to have found them and will continue to use them as long as they are around.

Recommended Highly!. Perfect experience! I had a short stay in a Bristlecone property while I was in Salt Lake for business long term. It was a great property and the management was very accommodating and friendly every time I needed to call for whatever reason. Thanks again!

Service that sets the standard.. Bristlecone has managed my property for about 2 months and I am already impressed. The level of service is unheard of. I’ve dealt with property managers one way or another over the years and have had some bad experiences. This company puts them all to shame and I’ll be with them for some time.
