I called and spoke with someone right away, I ask him when is the soonest appointment I could get in, I was told 600pm on Monday. Once I said that I was using a groupon, he then asked" Can I call you right back"? I then said of course and gave him my phone number. No one ever called me back. Monday, I tried calling again, No one answered. I kept trying to call, for 2 weeks straight, I even left a voice message, NO ONE ever called me back. I'm not sure how they treat their customers that aren't using groupon, but once I told them it was for a groupon, they didn't want to help me. This place is very unprofessional and I will never recommend this place to anyone, no matter how good the deal is.

Love Love Love the Nail Port. Brandy and Paul are Awesome and totally worth the wait. Yes they are Busy and you have to wait for an appointment but so worth it. Sure you can go someplace else and walk in and get ok service but I'm sure it will not be the same experience, Brandy and Paul actually talk to and with you (not about you in a different language) great time - Highly Recommend.

AWESOMENESS!!! Was taken for my first mani pedi and was it to die for! Massage chairs= rubbed me right! The jets= so cool! The pampering with a hot towel=unreal! Can't imagine anyone not loving this place and their staff. For sure going back and already booked my next visit!

Horrible service, and incompetent staff! Don't bother to reedeem your groupon. You are better off callinging a wash and going somewhere else!

Gosh--Genuinely some of the kindest technicians I've ever met. Not one bad thing to say. Yes, they are busy but isn't that good? Means they are in demand for services. Plus I got to see Jef from the Bachelorette outside with 2 really pretty girls! Yay!

Can I just say thank you so much Nail Port! You guys are so sweet and so talented and so nice to us! Sarah, thanks for the VIP Cards and Jet thanks for the free massages! My gf's and I totally loved the accupressure! Especially thx for still letting us use our groupons together after they expired! Hugs!

I was shocked to see there was a groupon running for this salon again today, when the one I tried to have honored which I bought back in June just expired yesterday! What was supposed to be a fun day out for my daughter's birthday (then we hoped for back to school, then we tried for Halloween) turned into nothing but a massive disappointment. I never got through to a person and never received any return calls from the voicemails I left. I'm still not sure how anyone ever makes an appointment here.
