Great Repair. You never think an accident will happen to you, but of course this has to happen during the winter time, totally bad luck. Valet made my experience that much less awful. I needed transportation to still get around and my car was going to be in the shop for a week. Matt from Valet organized a rental car for me and worked with my insurance company to make this an easy process. He kept me in the loop the entire time during the process. Any work I have in the future on my cars; whether its an accident, or minor repairs and paint I will be right back here. Thanks Guys!

Great Repeat Customer Service!. About a year ago, I had McNeil/Valet do body work on my teenage daughter's car after she rear-ended someone. They were priced fair and did great work. Just this weekend, I showed up at Valet on a Saturday morning with my daughter's car again. She hit a snowbank while away at college and her bumper was loose. They rebolted it back on for me while I waited and did not charge me for the repair. What a nice way to treat a repeat customer!

Highly Suggest. My daughter was in an accident we took her car to Valet and they were great. The car ended up being totaled so they did not have to fix it but they stored the car, helped us make decisions on what to do with the car even helped us fill out the paperwork for the insurance. They clearly had our best interest in mind and were incredibly helpful.

Great service. My son was driving our Xterra on his way to work in SLC on I-15 during a snow storm in early Jan 2012. Another driver spun out and hit him hard, breaking a ball joint, knocking a tire off and doing severe damage to the vehicle. The highway patrol called a tow truck and our Xterra ended up at Valet Auto body in Draper. I am very very particular and had not dealt with Valet before, so I did much research. Valet took care of my son, got us a rental, gave us a detailed estimate, kept us involved, advised us on how best to handle the other driver's insurance adjuster in a fair way and gave us some great advice about our vehicle. Turned out that our Xterra was a total loss. We ended up taking the insurance settlement, so we did not end up having Valet work on our Xterra. But, the customer service was so good that I would not have hesitated having them do the work, based on their excellent help with our issue and the other great reviews. Based on my own experience, I highly recommend Valet.

WOW WOW WOW. Being in my first wreck I had no idea how stressful the situation could be! I was completely clueless on the process of getting my car repaired. Luckily a friend of my recommended Valet Auto Body in Draper. I can’t even begin to express how grateful to the entire Valet Team for making this stressful event in my life a breeze!

The repairs were made in a very quick and professional manner, Callie arranged a rental car, and Matt worked tirelessly with all the logistics with the insurance company. And even though all of my repairs were all done to the rear of the car, when I had arrived to pick it up they had detailed it from front to back inside and out!

WOW, WOW, WOW GREAT JOB VALET!!!

GREAT JOB!. The folks at Valet Auto Body did a great job on my car repair. The quality of workmanship was excellent and my car looks as good as new. I was most impressed by the way they kept me informed during the repair process. Tony worked tirelessly with the insurance company and called me regularly to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs and to explain anticipated delays - which were always because the insurance company was dragging their feet giving approval on the repairs. All in all, I would definitely refer Valet to anyone looking for auto body repair.

EXCELLENT Service. Had a hole in the bumper of our Jeep fixed- quickly, efficiently, affordably- and it looks great. They also cleaned the car, and it looked like it had been detailed. Really quality service.

OUTSTANDING WORK!!!!. Hey Trace you Guys at Valet Auto did an unbelievably Great job on my Evo 8 MR!! Not only did your team fix what my insurance paid for you even buffed out damage from a previous accident and fixed my front bumper lip with all new OEM parts with no charge. On the Main work I had them do they did a literally perfect job! No overspray or missed work; like experiences I have had in the past with most other auto body shops even factory car dealerships.

Overall I am very happy with the results. Not only does my car look good, it looks better then it did before the accident. I would definetly recommend to anyone to choose Valet Auto to work on your car.THANK YOU VALET AUTO BODY!!!

Unsurpassed Service and Repair. I have lots of experience with auto shops (unfortunately) and Valet is the best. I just got my truck back from them and couldn't wait to write this review. I had some damage from a deer hit and I was hoping to handle it outside of insurance since I hoping it would be barely above my deductible. The folks at valet worked their magic finding after market parts and calling in favors to get the best prices and did the work fast, on time and BETTER than I expected for a great cash price. I researched parts online planning to do it myself but the price they were able to put it together for was much better than I could find just for parts. It was a no brainier. I can't wait to use them again-that is when I need them again.

Great Service, Great Prices, Great Work!!. So, I had originally got an estimate at Macco, and in a very kind manner, Tony there promised me that not only would he try to beat their price, but that the quality of work would be day and night. I had heard so many horror stories and looked up the review for this place and no one had anything but good things to say about it. I have to support that exact same attitude and I am glad I did my research before picking this great place. Not only was he patient with me on the phone, his tone of voice and customer service was just through the roof good. And the finished product? Like new, he even fixed something the previous people who "repaired" the car had chose to ignore on the frame, which he told us could be worked over, but it was not recommended. And judging by his over all honesty so far, I fully trusted him in doing what extra things needed to be done, turns out it only cost an extra $50, which in total was well around if not a lot less than every where else I got quotes from. But one thing you cannot beat is quality and service, that is these guys, THANKS VALET AUTO!! I will always come back if I need body work.
