After a recent accident, my insurance company sent me to Valet Auto Body. I quickly learned that they spend more time examining the car from every angle before submitting the workplan. The work too a little longer than I expected, but the quality of work was exceptional. My car was a Mercedes-Benz, and I was concerned that the work be done well. Valet did not disappoint. In addition to the outstanding technical work, the entire staff was patient, informative, and ready to help in any way necessary. After over 40 years as a Mercedes-Benz owner, and several accidents, I can say the Valet is by far the best repair organization for my car that I have ever encountered.
Valet is 2 for 2 with excellent service and cars that look and drive like new. Located in Draper Utah, Valet can and does what the "big" shops do but with a personal touch. Nobody wants to be in an accident, but if that unfortunate day happens Valet is the right place for the job. Thanks Valet and all those who helped us out.
I work for an insurance company and was
on my way to work when I was rear-ended on I-15 (not my fault). Valet was recommended to me by my company as a shop that does excellent work for our clients. So I called them. Valet assigned a person to my case and towed my 2012 Explorer to their shop. Callie immediately started calling the at-fault insurance company to get authorization to begin work on my vehicle. The other company gave Callie the runaround for 2 weeks but she was tenacious and with very little effort from me, got everything taken care of.
Their customer service was amazing. Callie kept me apprised of the status of the repairs and the crap the other insurance company was dishing out and what she was doing to push forward. I would highly recommend them as a repair shop to take your vehicle to get fixed. Oh, and Callie took 2 appraisals for the cost to repair my Explorer--one from her company, and one from Met's appraiser and guess what, Valet's was more accurate and cheaper. My Explorer looks great and drives like new.
Was my second great experience with Valet - formerly McNeils - Auto Body. The first time, they fixed a weird leak in my car for a fraction of what everybody else was quoting - and this time around, they did A+ quality work after a fender bender, and did some free touchup work on a few other scratches on the car while they were at it. Even gave me a ride home after I dropped it off! Also, a super nice touch that they really wash and detail the car before returning it.
So happy that I stumbled upon these
guys. I looked online to find a body shop and read some of the reviews and thought I would give them a call. All of the positive reviews are correct! These guys were so helpful and nice! They made dealing with my insurance, credit union, and a rental car all so easy. They were always super friendly and nice.
I told my wife when I was picking my car up that I was going to miss going in to see the people at valet or talking to them on the phone. PS I am a real person not somebody who was hired to write a review. Just somebody that was glad to find great people running a great business! Thanks Valet I will recommend you guys whenever i can!
October 14, 2012 Superior customer service and repair. First time car hit. Total newbie to the repair process. Rob took care of the complete process for me from contacting the other driver with my repair costs to insurance and rental car. Total positive experience from Krista at reception to final pick up of my car with Rob. Rob went above and beyond in service. Car looked GREAT!
Stay away from this dishonest business.
I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them.
Got in a small fender-bender and agreed to pay for the other person's car out of pocket. I told the body shop I agreed to pay the estimate and only 2 days on a rental car. I reiterated this multiple times to their estimator and even e-mailed him stating that I only agreed to pay for 2 days for a rental. My e-mail and conversation occurred before the repair was made. Once the work was done, they turn around and billed me for 3 days and say "there is nothing we can do, the repair took longer than 2 days". The repair took 3 days. Poor customer service on the phone and tons of attitude on the phone from employees. I spoke with the manager and he told me, in a nut-shell, I had to pay or they wouldn't let the other person have their car, holding the other person's car hostage till I paid the bill in full. Their basic message was "it isn't our problem and you have to pay whatever we bill you". I didn't agree to any additional charges, in advance, and they have the audacity to tell me it is my problem and I have to pay regardless of what I agreed to.
I could not have asked for a better experience from an auto body shop. After my jeep was broadsided, the other driver's insurance carrier wanted to cut me a check and be done with it, but Valet made sure that they paid for a rental car for me as well. Not only was their service exceptional in every way, but when my car was done I thought it looked better than ever...and several people said the same thing to me! I would wholeheartedly recommend Valet Auto Body to anyone!
I was involved in 2 car accidents within a 2 month spand. (neither of which were my fault) :) Valet autobody was there to take care of me from the second i contacted them until the second i returned for my car. I took my car in without having scheduled an appointment on a saturday and i was very well taken care of. Within 30 minutes they had taken my information, told me when my car would be done and sent me on my way with a rental car. While my car was under repair i was contacted frequently about the progress of my car and they would call just to make sure things were going well with the rental. I was very impressed. Not to mention the quality of their work is flawless. I got my car back as good as new! my tip is: go to valet auto body. There is no one better for you when it comes to getting your car fixed!!!!

that wonderful Russian gentleman did to my car. I was watching magic
happen before my eyes. You and he were so kind and patient and helpful and treated me with respect and were calm.
And then to make a suggestion that I get a wheel balance saved my life. I was 900 miles away from home
