Wow, I had to sign up just to write a review terrible their customer service is. I don't usually review places but Anytime Fitness in Riverton just rose to a new level of terrible and I wanted to mention it and warn others about this place.

I read bad reviews before about this particular location and thought they couldn't possibly be true, but am now a believer since I witnessed it myself. Jeff, the worker there is arrogant and makes people feel uncomfortable. I talked to the owner Curtis Peterson about a situation with Jeff and he couldn't have cared less.

I mentioned it to a worker in another store and they said they were aware of complaints against Jeff and Curtis and that Riverton just has a crappy franchise.

Too bad. I'm sure glad there's a lot of other choices out there.
