Extremely helpful and professional! They took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with the car and they truly care about the customer. The service was amazing and so were the savings.

Honesty best describes this shop! We are from out of town, with sick children and our car broke down- Lucky for us, we chose Mike Palmer Auto who fixed the problem fast and fair. Great service, they even gave us a ride. I will be back and I now have you guys programed in my phone!

Great from desk people to mechanics. Excellent communication about my car, good for prices and honesty. I have also gotten free towing from them when I was stuck and at a loss with what to do! Keep having great people and make sure they stay with your company!

I always have a wonderful experience when I come in here. My last service MPA took my car right in and after servicing had a problem, they let me keep the loaner car- NO charge! .. Figured out the problem and charged me for parts only- No one does that!! I never have to worry about any of our car repairs as long as I live and MPA is there. We tell everyone about you!

Took my car to Mike to replace the Waterpump... I brought in my own waterpump... Mike gave me a hard time about me bringing in my own Waterpump when I arrived... I'm sure so he could sell me the same thing for 3 X the price... they quoted me approx. $200.00 ended up paying $460.00 . ... He kept pushing new hoses on me, and I said no,,, He said I'll give them to you for my cost.... Finally I said Okay... and then he charged me full Cost for them (what a Liar) Also they did not put my Fan Shroud back on...

Cheesy G is 100% accurate. The Groupon is ridiculous. I scheduled my maintenance, told the secretary what I wanted done from the Groupon and confirmed it again when I dropped the car off. When I went to pick it up, they charged me for everthing except one service (about $120) and said that I couldn't get more than one free service per visit. I told them I had confirmed the Groupon when I scheduled it and again when I dropped it off, but they still didn't want to give it to me. I had to fight with them to get it. What do they want? To drop off the car for an oil change one day, then drop it off again 2 days later for a tire rotation, then 2 days later for a wheel balance? So stupid. Its just a way to entice you to buy the coupon, then bait/switch you afterwards.

I had them do the "free" brake inspection; I needed new front brake pads and rotors; their price was 40% higher than either of the other 2 prices I got. I had it done somewhere else.

Looking at all the positive one line reviews, I agree with Cheesy that they probably pay for them or post the reviews themselves.
