A great company. Understanding and willing to work with in a trying situation.
I had a BMW 5 Series with a bad cat . They pulled both just to see if they were bad and found they were. They could have told me both were bad and charged me double but didn't.
My car repairs were completed with good results. I also had a car to drive during repairs.
Great honest people. Very helpful providing a loaner car. They are dependable and incredibly helpful in a trying and tight situation.
These guys have dealt with me in a straight forward and nice way that not only brings me back but makes me feel secure in recommending to others
Well, They pay to have reviews done for them. They mark there parts up to obscene rates. If a part costs 100 from the dealer expect to pay 225 or more. There groupon deal is not what you think. They do steal, diagnostics will cost an "hour" of labor even for a bad fuse. If you bring your car back for a repair not done right they will swindle out of more money. The also like to install the cheapest parts they can find which in turn are sold to you at above dealership parts. There a bunch of yahoos, and there good liars.
After having some poor quality parts used by the dealer this place identified problem and repaired with a quickness.
I needed both a tow and a loner vehicle and they provided them for free to a small charge. Also I could only afford to do financing and they helped me there too.
okay for the small jobs, overpriced for the big ones. I’ve been brining my car in for oil changes and small services for about a year and haven’t had a problem. The first major repair I had with Mike Palmer Automotive was for my air conditioner. They replaced the air compressor and recharged with Freon for around $600. When I drove my car for the next few weeks the air was cold less than half the time. I called and took it in again and they told me that there was a new repair for the expansion valve and that this “new” repair would cost me over $1000. When I asked other repair services about this “new” repair they told me that this is something that should have been looked at the first time and could have been included in the initial repair. They also told me that Mike Palmer Automotive overcharged the estimate by at least 2 ½ hours of service time. In all, I think Mike Palmer Automotive is okay for the small services like oil changes, but I don’t trust them anymore a fair price on the big services.
Great Shop. We really like this auto shop, mostly because they prolonged the life of our vehicle
