I have had an account Heritage West Credit Union for about 11 years now. I have had to change my account number on 2 different occasions and my Debit cards have been reissued about 2 times every year because fraud seems to be very common with them. Just today I was at work and my husband called to inform me our cards have been locked out. When he visited Heritage West Credit Union, in person, they told him they have no idea why they were locked and that there was nothing they could do. We would just have to wait for new cards. This is the most unprofessional and ridiculous bank I have ever dealt with! I am now STRANDED without a debit card and no cash and 1/8 tank of gas, Thanks for absolute horrible service Heritage West Credit Union!!!!!
