Roy was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and get us the information that we needed. He even brought my garbage cans in when he came with me to pick up our second tradein. He provided a vehicle for us to get to a Doctor's appointment while the truck was being washed and the bed cover installed so we didn't need to cancel the appointment. What we were given for our tradeins was fair and Julio Santoro allowed us to also just do the initial paperwork and come back in to finish it up as my husband wasn't feeling well. All in all it was a pleasant experience and not stressful as buying a vehicle can sometimes be.

I was treated like I was the most important customer that day. Brandon, the Parts Department Manager, helped me with my requests. He has some of the best customer relations skills I have experienced.

I want to commend and compliment a few of your employees. I recently purchased a 2011 Ford F-250 from Henry Day Ford and dealt with Dave and Michael throughout the process of deciding options and purchase price. Both of these guys were knowledgeable and helpful in helping me and my wife make our choices and decisions. They know what theyre doing and treated us with respect and courtesy every time we met with them. Dave is one of the most down to earth guys I have met and I felt like I could call him anytime with questions or concerns. Great sales staff!

I had a very good experience with this Dealership. Their one fair price/salaried Employees meant there was no pressure to buy. I much prefer this type of buying experience. Michael Midgley, the Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and "Paul" who finalized the paperwork was a also a joy to work with. Would recommend this Dealership to my friends and family!

Josh Montez was extremely knowledgable about the different truck options and what the different models had to offer. He helped me choose the truck model that was best suited for my needs. Then, after the sale was complete, he throughly explained how all of the "extras" operated. It was superior service from start to finish!!

Our salesman was very involved. He spent considerable time with my wife and I showing us all the "bells and whistles", especially the i-phone use incorporated into the system. Great salesman and a great experience.

The whole experience seemed so easy. The whole experience, from greeting to final paperwork seemed so easy. Mike found me the truck I wanted and provided me answers to all the questions I had a long the way. There was never any pressure to buy, just consulting about features and needs.
