Mediocre massages, terrible customer service! I had received a massage here which was mediocre. During the massage, which was in a room near the front of the business, the employees were so loud, laughing and talking loudly...not very relaxing! Also, when I arrived I practically had to stalk the receptionist, who seemed not to care that I was there at all. I decided to give them another try since they are so close to where I live and they run specials. Maybe they were just having an off day, I thought. I scheduled a massage with another one of their therapists. That morning I woke up with the flu, completely sick. I called to say I had to cancel (early that morning, the massage wasn't until 7 pm) and they gave me a complete hassle about it. Told me all about their cancellation policy, etc. I told them I completely understand, but what was I to do? I was flat in bed. She was so rude that I ended up not rescheduling. Seriously? Be professional! Make your customers feel valued. Here I live so close and get regular massages, they could have had a regular customer, but they lost one instead. My opinion is, you are paying a lot for a massage, go somewhere quiet, professional, etc.
Love this place!! Don't be fooled by the name the massage therapist know how to do deep detailed work! Great weekly specials on Thursday and Sunday every week. Plus monthly specials as well.

They run monthly specials that you can find on their website and I receive monthly e-mails. For the price you pay it's always been wonderful.
It's not a fancy spa with all the pomp and circumstance but I'd rather pay $60 for a good massage than $80-$100 for a nice massage with a fancy waiting room, fireplace, etc.
Terrible customer service.
I"ve been meaning to write a review about Heavenly Hands and am just getting around to it. I used to love going there as their massage therapists were very good. I had one very bad experience -- I arrived for my appointment on time, my therapist was late, dressed in goth makeup with multiple piercings and tattoos. That wasn't the worst of it. She had a cold and spent the entire 60 minutes of my massage sniffling and coughing. Five minutes into the massage, I asked her if she should have stayed home and she said, "No, I'm fine." I was treated to an hour of sniffling and wheezing.
If that wasn't bad enough (and yes, I should have just got up and left), I emailed a letter of complaint to the owner, Mary. I explained what happened and said that at the very least, I was owed an apology. Mary never responded. Nothing. I vowed then that I would never go back there.
I paid $60 to have one of the worst massage experiences of my life and then not have my complaint addressed by the owner of the company. Nothing will drive me away from a business faster than poor customer service.
Go Here!!. I bought a Groupon to go here and wasn't expecting much because the original massage price was so cheap. I haven't gone to another place since. I love the massage I got-my husband loved his too. We always request our girls when we go back. Jessica and Desiree. My girl actually left and I was heart broken, but they set me up with Andrew and he was fantastic as well. I asked for a firm pressured massage and that is what I got. I was great! I'll probably try someone else, but just because I'm a little self-consious being massaged by men, but Andrew was super professional so it wasn't him, it's me. I'm excited for my next massage and facial!
