Seems like these problems are pretty redundant. I had also purchased the groupon for 8 sessions. I wish i could at least say you get what you pay for, but a single laser session for the legs does not even cost $250 and i literally see no results whatsoever after six sessions. I have had treatments elsewhere and always saw some results after even the first session. I got nothing out of lisse laser. May I add I am the ideal candidate for laser hair removal (light skin, dark thick hair). Definitely a waste of time and money. I was asked to leave a tip after every session by the receptionist. I had to forfeit one session because I was five minutes late, but they always make me wait at least ten minutes when i show up on time to my sessions. I don't recommend this place at all. I have not tried too many places in the salt lake valley, but one place I did get treated was Enlighten Laser in bountiful. They were fantastic and I am very pleased with my results. Lisse Laser just does not use good quality lasers.

Best Year!. This had to be the best year yet!! I loved their free services without a ticket. I had the opportunity to try electrolysis, which I was scared at first, but now glad that I did and will go back to do…

Meh. I purchased the groupon for 8 laser hair removal sessions and am unimpressed so far. I have had two sessions, with two different girls that work there, and both times they made me feel like I was wasting their time.

(Edit: I have now had 7/8 treatments with very little results. Very disappointed. You get what you pay for I suppose. However, I had 3 different employees for my appts, and they now make sure you have the same employee every appt.)

On top of the employees acting put out to have to take care of you, the receptionist they have is horrible. Each time scheduling the next appointment is like pulling teeth, and dont expect them to call you back if you have to call to reschedule/change/ask something.

(Edit: The receptionist I originally wrote about is gone. The one they have now is much better, and fine to speak to on the phone. It is still hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone though. Also, if you are late at all (even by 5 min) for your appt be prepared to forfeit it. This policy has been instated because "they are so busy and cant wait for you if youre late". Ugh)

I also agree with the other reviewer about the begging for money signs. They are sure to ASK for a tip after each appt. Tacky.

(Edit: The begging for money signs are now gone. Apparently they are reading their negative reviews? Anyway, although they have changed some things there are far better places to have laser hair removal, with lasers that actually work. Read all the negative reviews on all the diff websites, and go somewhere else.)

A Waste of Time and Money!. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF IT IS A GROUPON.

I bought a groupon a few months ago and didn't really think this place could be that bad. I was completely wrong. 1. They always no matter what put you on hold. 2. When you walk in, you won't believe that place is a clinic. Old/Dirty. Ghetto area as well. 3. Even if your appointment is 15 min they make you wait for 20 min plus and if you are 5 min late they won't see you. You will have to reschedule! 4. Even when you cancel your appointment their incompetent staff won't write down the message and you will be charged a $50 DOLLAR fee for a no show. A LATE FEE WORTH HALF THE TREATMENT?! RIDICULOUS!

I refused to pay it and asked their manage JENNIFER for a refund for the treatments that I haven't received and she rudely talked to me and refused to give me one. Well, guess who is filing a lawsuit?! When your dad is a retired lawyer simple things like this fascinate him, and yes all for a simple refund!

Not fantastic. I have had laser hair removal treatments elsewhere and in comparison (to a medical spa), I'm disappointed. The quality of lasers seem lower and I have not had the good results I had at the other place. Medical spas seem to have better quality AND better customer service. There aren't tacky signs asking for tips at the medical spas either. Considering the price is about the same at a medical spa, I don't understand the reason for begging for money...seems to cheapen the place.
