Basic & Partial History of Alleged Kimball scams (see some links)

Allegedly, after several lawsuits and being investigated in UT in 05 by KSL News for fraud, over charging and etc. (see 1 KSL link below) and allegedly, after possible charges here in Utah, he escaped to Beaumont, TX, set up company “posing as a roofer” to scam victims of Hurricane Rita. Allegedly, after investigations began on him and his company, he escaped to Hawaii.

Allegedly, in 07 he was in hiding as a Fugitive from the US Marshals in HI for…Finally tracked him down and arrested him in his hideout.

Allegedly, while hiding out in HI, Kimball, set up another scam company…its license canceled without the possibility of renewing for a min of five years… see other postings
