what a terrible choice. we stopped by here on our way home from the gym as there was what we thougth a good coupon-- buy 3 rolls get one free-- all of the printed coupons were existing promos in the restaurant. There were only 2 waitress and one sushi chief. we sat for 40 minutes before getting our order, we had to ask for drink refills and finally asked for salads because we were so hungry. one waitress started hussling after we complained but the other was in la la land. after we complained they took 10 bucks off our bill but refused to honor the coupon for 10 bucks off-- it cost us $50 to 4 rolls that were 1/4 the size of other local sushi places

THIS IS THE PLACE!!!. I am one of the many people out there who really love Japanese food. Well I hadn't really found anywhere great until I came here. This place is so amasing. I have been looking for a place that makes not only good food, but good sushi too. This place is now by far my favorite. My dad also came here and he and my step mom really loved it. The service was great. I highly recomend this place. Awsome owners, food, music, and the place looks nice.

Great ambiance, good food, GOD-AWFUL service. My wife and I just returned from Mt. Fuji tonight, it's actually the second time we have been there...and it's my fault for picking it even though we had terrible service the first time.

However, we decided to give it a shot again...thinking maybe something happened we didn't know about behind the scenes that caused the service to be poor.

Both times the food has been good and is reasonably priced. The inside of the restaurant is very appealing; great lighting, clean, nice colors, and nice booths. Unfortunately, the service has been so bad both times that this will be the last time we will go to it. This is probably an indication why there were so few customers there on a Friday night. The last time we went it was a little early (on a Saturday around 5:30pm) and there was hardly anyone there.I have a feeling it may be due to the service, because the other aspects of the restaurant are good.

Tonight, despite the restaurant having very few customers, I had to go to the cashier to ask for service. A waitress came and apologized for the delay. She took our order and actually came back 15 minutes later and asked what we ordered...even after previously apologizing for the lack of service.

I hope others have had a different experience than I did the two times I went. If so, please point it out.

Fantastic Sushi lot better than fancy in Down Town. Most sushi eaters are not thinking about original favor of sushi. Original means good and healty seafood. You go to try this Mt. Fuji in sandy. I never try that best sushi in town. My word is not enough say about its excellence.
