Customer Service. Almost all of the staff at this scoutshop are courteous, except for one named JUDY, who probably is the oldest at the register. She was discourteous and did have a harsh tone at the time we shopped there this afternoon. This was not the first time she displayed such unpleasant attitude. I am not sure if anyone has ever confronted her regarding this matter. If not, I suggest that someone should, otherwise we don't want to deal with her the next time we shop at this location.
