Fabulous Trainers that get results!!!!. BEST GYM IN SLC!!!

I have tried out every gym in the sugar house area and square one fitness beats them all by far. The Employees are very personal welcoming everyone by name. They are an honest no hassling bunch of gentlemen who are invested in each individuals goals and lives. It is a clean environment with many choices for free weights or machines. There is tanning, massage, supplements, and an esthetician along with your regular gym setup.

I have been training with Shawn and am so excited about the results!!! I have more energy and feel a lot more healthy. 2012 here i come!

I would recommend Square 1 Fitness to anyone who wants to have a place where they feel safe and are surrounded by friends, as well as anyone who is wanting to create a better life style for themselves.

Great Training Center!. I started training with Felix at Square 1 Fitness several months ago. I am down 15lbs so far and he has helped me reach all of my short term goals. We still have some work to do but I am more energetic during the day and sleep better at night. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting in shape. It has worked great so far and I can't wait to see where my results will be by the end of the year.

worst ever1. DO NOT go here! The manager Sean is the most dishonest, deceitful person ever! The place was dirty, crowded, meatheads everywhere, just not a good atmosphere! Better off at Gold's or 24hour.
