They take short cuts!. I used this company last year. They did a great job. It took a total of 9 hours to clean my house. This year I used them again and it only took 4 hours. I called the manager asked to have things redone and they wanted to send the same cleaning lady back to my house and have me tell her what to fix, which would be fine if it was a simple oversight or mistake, but many things were skipped on purpose. Things she thought I wouldn't notice. I don't think any of my rugs where vacuumed, she skipped shutters(which I specifically requested done), vacuuming my couch, backsplash, sanitizing my downstairs kitchen sink, dusting my children's rooms and more! I asked to have a manager come look at it and a new cleaning lady come out to fix what wasn't done and they refused saying I could only use the same lady! Awkward! They said I needed to use her so she'd learn how to do it because she would be my cleaning lady and they already paid her and were not paying someone new. Nice.

Very happy. Molly Maid is a great comapny they do do a very good job, Like any other maid service i think they are above average. MThey offered to clean my blinds and they came back very clean
