Amazing, amazing, amazing! I have been
to 3 proms and the only place I have been able to find the right dress for me has been Ypsilon. I went all over salt lake last year, searching at every dress store, for the right dress. I found it at Ypsilon! This year, I was involved with the Prom Rep Program. I had such a wonderful experience! I was able to attend free hair/makeup workshops and walking/posing workshops. These were all preparation for the annual Ypsilon fashion show that I was in! I had such a great time working with McKenzie Peck and all the other people invovled!
I think that people that have posted negative comments have to look at it from the insiders point of view. These are really expensive, designer gowns and the employees have to be conscious of making the owner happy as well as the costumer. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Ypsilon. Amanda usually helps me and she is the best! She suggests dresses for me, but always asks if it's in my price range to make sure that I could buy it if I liked it! Andrea, the owner, has always been very nice to me as well. My prom dress this year had a couple small stains on them and some of the jewels were falling off. She was more than happy to have those fixed for me free of charge before prom.
I would definitely recommend Ypsilon to anyone that wants a fabulous dress for a decent price, great customer service, and a unique dress that no one else will have!

Fabulous Gowns!.
Ypsilon is the best place in Utah to find Sherri Hill and other top designers. My daughter competed in a local pageant this last year and we were disappointed with the department store selection in Utah as we looked for a gown. Ordering online can be scary so I realized quickly that we had to find a Prom/Pageant dress store. I searched and found Ypsilon!
They had Tony Bowls, Sherri Hill and La Femme (Love La Femme!) The staff was very patient and great to work with. The new owner was there and she was very helpful and accommodating. Lovely store at Trolley Square. So Glad you are in Utah!

Best Formal Dress Shop in Utah. We had a wonderful shopping experience at Ypsilon! The owner was very helpful, friendly and spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect dress. Their prices are competitive and they have an excellent selection of dresses. I highly recommend this store!

Better than I expected. I heard about this store from a friend and was pleasantly surprised how many dresses that had to fit every occasion. After one-on-one help from an employee, I left the store happy with my dress purchase. I've received a lot of compliments wearing the dress and always refer them to Ypsilon.

Finally a unique and classy shop in UTAH!. So nice to discover this unique dress shop. I went simpy looking for a bachelorette party dress that I didn't hate-like most the ones I'd found already and found myself wanting like 10 dresses! So unique to Utah and very high quality. The owner of the store took the time to help me personally and gave me great advice on which dress fit my body the best. I will be going back at with any excuse to buy a new dress!

Terrible. The owner of this boutique is vile and dishonest. I would never shop here again. I bought a dress and realized it had a tear in it when I got it home. When I tried to exchange it I was told, no! They are the least customer friendly shop and their dresses are not of good quality/overpriced. I don't think they will survive with all the good shops coming in to City Center.

I?m so sorry that the dress you bought had a tear. We try our best to look over ever gown before we sell it, to make sure that there are no damages. We spoke with every member of our staff and no one seems to recalls this situation happening. At first not very good...but they made it all right!!!. At first the store did not want to return a dress I bought there because of there "no return policy." The problem was I was not even able to wear the dress because of the zipper. They did, however, decide to return my money in full. Thank you for making things right.

Save your money. Ypsilon offers a large quantity of ball gowns. Unfortunately, the sales staff are pushy, prices high ($400.00 is common), and they have a no-return policy. I would not recommend this shop to a friend.

Ypsilon Services Are Amazing!. This was one of the most pleasant dress shopping experiences I've had! They really have an incredible selection, reasonable prices, and original pieces. They were so kind and helpful and offered honest opinions! This has become one of mine and my friends' favorite venues for formals. I recommend this to any and everyone!
