One word....AMAZING!!!. Sarah is an excellent massage therapist, her technique and hand strength something she should brag about. You can tell she keeps up on her craft and loves what she does. She if very well trained and intuitive to the needs of her clients. I absolutely loved my experience with her and I loved the music she played. A PERFECT MASSAGE. I am definitely going back to her. Thank you Sarah!…
Professional and friendly.
Sarah excels in massage therapy. She is very friendly and sincerely cares about her clients. One day I woke with excruciating neck pain and could barely move my head. I did an online search and found
her web site and the reviews here. I liked her blogs and was impressed with all of the 5 star reviews.
Sarah returned my call quickly and we set up an appointment for a few days away. The same day Sarah had a cancellation and knowing the awful pain I was in, she called and asked if was available and if I wanted to take the cancelled time. I jumped at the opportunity and saw her that day.
My tight muscles wouldn't allow Sarah to apply much pressure, but Sarah was very attentive to my pain and adjusted her techniques and pressure and she worked out as much tension as my body would allow. Now that my body is healing, Sarah is able to exert more pressure and I am feeling much better.
Sarah is professional and loves her job. She is enthusiastic and loves helping her clients feel better.
Her office is located very close to downtown and the University of Utah and her location makes it convenient for me to see her during the day or after work.
I feel very fortunate to have found such a great massage therapist--THANK YOU SARAH!!! You are the best!…
Sarah is a real RSI-Healing Super Hero!!.
I developed a repetitive strain injury (RSI) after spending way too many hours working at the computer. I literally couldn't click the mouse one more time or do anything at all with my hands. They
just hurt too much.
After doing my research one book gave me some sobering advice given the extreme degree of my injury: "you MUST seek professional help if you hope to fully recover". Trigger point massage was highly recommended for promoting healing, and so with my career on the line I sought out a massage therapist.
Luckily I found Sarah on my first search, and she's everything I could've asked for: professional, knowledgeable, nice, and superstrong. She knows the right questions to ask, really listens, and tailors your treatment accordingly.
With her help I can now do daily activities completely pain-free, and I am slowly building up my computer time. As a side benefit, I've relearned what it feels like to be relaxed and am much more aware of how my habits and work affect my health.
I can't recommend Sarah enough!…
SHE'S SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!!!!. WOW! I've been getting deep tissue treatments for the past 8yrs and have never been so satisfied as I was with Sarah's work. She was not only very knowledgeable of the muscle work she was doing, but she talked me through each step and commented on my status... it was very professional and so relieving! I will continue to see her weekly for such amazing comfortable treatment! Thank you Sarah!!!!…
No more wincing when I stand up!.
When I contacted Sarah, she got back to me within a few hours and I had an appointment quickly. She's really professional and nice.
I had serious pain in my upper and lower back, but after an hour of vigorous massage, it was gone. I thought that I'd still feel at least a little pain the next day, but I didn't. Sarah also recommended yoga and showed me some stretches to help open up my upper chest and back so I can keep the areas relaxed. It seems to be working.
Overall, it was a great experience. If/when the pain comes back, I'll definitely give Sarah a call again.…
