Stay Away!! They Will Nickle and Dime You!.
I had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change. I have used similar coupons at other places with no issues but I felt taken advantage of at Meineke. They add a $6 hidden fee on anything. Six dollars wouldn't be a big deal on a larger bill but my oil change went from $19.99 to $30! If I would have known that I would have gone else where.
Also, I hope you don't have nice floor mats because they don't use any mat protector sheets. My floor mats are now muddy and oily.
The positive outcome of this situation is that I know NEVER TO GO TO MEINEKE FOR A BIG CAR ISSUE. If they will nickle and dime you on something as minor as a regular oil change, who knows what they'll do on a major project.
Stay away from this place!
