Great service. We applied for an FHA mortgage loan recently at iFreedom Direct. It was our good fortune to be assigned to Neils (Jorgensen). Neils was very professional. He walked us through the process and was there every step of the way to answer any questions and explain anything we did not understand. If anyone is seeking a VA or FHA loan they should seek out iFreedom and Neils.

Andrea Sullivan-THE most professional Lender ever!!!. Andrea went above and beyond the call of duty in maintaining the progress and details of my loan in addition to moving the title company along in a rapid fashion in order to get the closing done. I couldn't have possibly asked for a better lender and someone to work with again. Makes me almost want to buy another house just to work with her:-)

AWESOME!. Stevie Weaver told us everything that we needed to know about the process and the VA. I thought that the process would be difficult but it was exactly the opposite and we are closing today, less than 30 days from our contract start. Stevie had us approved and all we had to do was find "the" house. I have to admit that I called and emailed her about everything and she always answered then not later. YOU CANNOT FIND A BETTER GROUP, BUT Stevie is the exception because she made us believe in OUR dream and together, we made it come true

Kris Rutkoski. I recently applied for a mortgage loan with Kris and she made the entire process trouble free. She worked with my builder and realtor and we closed sooner than than the closing date. She truly made an otherwise stressful process for me enjoyable which is saying a lot. You can put your trust in Kris to ensure there are no surprises and that your interests are put first. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for a mortgage. She will take good care of you!

Fast and Easy. We worked with Neils Jorgensen at iFreedom Direct to refinance our home mortgage. This was the easiet and fastest that we had ever refinanced before. Neils was very helpful and kept in constant contact. He had everything taked care of and answered any questions immediately. We never had to take time from work or go anywhere out of the way. Everything was done on the internet and closing was at our own home. Very convenient!! Thanks, Neils!

EXCELLANCE IN FINANCIAL AID. Mike Gilbert was a very knowledgeable person. Everything was explained to me from the start to the finish. Every form I filled out was explained to me sometimes line by line. Mike Gilbert was easy to get a hold of at all times. He kept you informed of everything you needed to know. He checked on you several times even after you closed. I would recommend him to any veteran who needed a home loan. In all the paperwork I filled out and signed there were no surprises because Mike explained it all. He made the loan process easy.

If you need help with a loan, especially a VA loan. Applying for a VA guaranteed loan is difficult enough, but with today's restrictions it is a nightmare without lots of help. More than once I expressed my frustration through my short temper and Kris Rutkoski never let me know she was frustrated with me. I know I was a pain in the ---. Kris remained warm and friendly. We got it done in a speedy manner, too.

It's All About Your People. It's All About Angie Petersen. When Angie Petersen first called me about six months ago to offer the services of IFreedom, I confess I was on the verge of filing her contact information in a heap that I seldom if ever refer to again, but something in her voice told me this is a very special lady who may be a great asset someday. I had been waiting for that perfect opportunity to buy a home and recently while waiting to see how the over night rates would go it dawned on me that I was bottom picking the market. Then came that golden voice, following up as she promised when she thought the buying window was ripe. Thanks to Angie who quickly pre-qualified me I was able to locate an agent and then a perfect house for the right price. At every turn Angie met even the real estate agent's questions with in depth knowledge and technical savvy. The deal simply would not have happened without her. As I enjoy living in my almost new home, I will remember who helped me make it happen, Angie Petersen. When IFreedom management counts their blessings at the end of the year, I hope they realize that without Angie and perhaps a few others like her, they wouldn't have very much to be thankful about. I recommend Angie for all of your mortgage needs because she is compassionate, but powerfully equipped with the funding knowledge you will need to make things happen for you.

Wonderful home loan experience!. My dealings with iFreedom Direct was wonderful and very relaxing from the first phone call to the last message of "congratulations you are a home owner". And Jade Blake kept me informed all the way. Jade also was a shoulder to lean on when things got messy, but in the end he and his associates smoothed the process and I'M A HOME OWNER!!
