we would like to thank Taylor Cowan (I Freedom Direct) for the professionalism, respect, truthfulness, and done in a timely manner that he worked with us on our mortgage. we have worked with lenders in the past and we have never been so pleased with the overall serice that was given to us by Taylor and I freedom direct. It is great to know that people like him and I freedom direct are truly there for myself and my fellow veterans. I would recommend them to all veterans who wish to use this service. Thank you for what you done for us, I will never work with another mortgage company other then I Freedom Direct ( Taylor Cowan) again.

Ben Kyle is the man! My husband & I closed on our DREAM home about a week ago & we are the happiest we have ever been! Ben Kyle has helped us achieve this dream & we are so grateful. He was with us every step of the way showing us support. Ben was so patient with us in this crazy market. We must of put offers on about 6+ homes and he was ready to go in every instance. I've found Ben to be honest and straightforward in his approach to his work. He demonstrated a high degree of loyalty and trustworthiness which we admire and respect. During the time we worked together, he was always available to help us out, answer questions or concerns, and motivate us along the way. I could never thank you enough for the outstanding service you gave me in securing my VA refinance of my mortgage loan. This was our second time using iFreedom Direct. We shopped around at 5 other major lenders to include, wells fargo, navy federal, usaa, marine federal & US Bank. We even went back to our original lenders(BofA) and asked them if we could lower our interest rate and they wanted $11K to do it. We worked with Zack Nelson this time and he was great. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. He consistently beat out the aforementioned lenders offers each time I came back to him. Thanks Zack for your professionalism and hard work! -Lee B.
