Just Amazing Burritos. I just had the best Burrito EVER. those guys are just amazing they put cheese inside and out the Burrito plus they melt the cheese and that make the burrito so taste so much better, I had the Pork Burrito classico platter with salad and chips and it was just fenomenal. I strongly recomend Bajio for anyone who is interested in great mexican food I know we will defenetely come back soon to the Taylorsville location for more.

awesome food! awesome service!. My first time going to this location was a few days ago. I had nothing but a positive experience. The food was fantastic, the employees were quick and extremely polite. I will definitely be going back there. Oh and I Hear their fish tacos are AMAZING!! Can't wait to go back. I highly recommend it!

Bajio in Taylorsville has horrible service & they overcharge. My husband went to Bajio in Taylorsville because he was in the area working. We usually go to the one in Midvale about twice a week where they have really good customer service & really awesome food. Tonight he went in & requested what we usually order at the Bajio near our home, a green chili chicken burrito. First they told him they could not do it because it is not on the menu. He explained that we get it at the other one all the time without a problem. Finally they agreed to make it for him. When he finally got ready to pay they charged him $23.23. They usually only charge us under $17.00. Because he had ordered something they dont have on the menu regularly they charged him $8.00 for the 2 burritos, $2.00 to make them enchilada style (which is usually included in the burrito price) & $3.58 for 2 side platters, whatever those are. The only thing I can think of is they charged us for the rice & beans on the side which normally comes included with the burrito. We have been there before but I can definitely say we will NEVER EVER go back!! Rude employees that charge you for who knows what!! My husband asked why so much & all they said was that they dont make "special" burritos that way normally so its a lot more!!
