Run the other way!!

I have been a renter with this company for a year. They are completely unorganized and appear to run their company out of a basement. They do not reply to emails or voicemails and lack even the most basic of customer service skills. For a year I have been paying a little more than my lease amount - never did I receive in writing, verbally, or in a contract that any money paid over the lease amount would be kept by the company and considered "adminstrative fees". Now that they have collected an extra $200 from me over the last year, I find out (because I asked) that they keep that money and do not have the technology to track these types of credits/debits. Complete craziness - RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
