Eric was there when I came back to buy the mac and for my first simply answers class. He helped me understand how to use all of the applications on my mac and answered all of my questions. They were both great.
Thanks a million!. I came in extremely grumpy and frustrated from past experiences at the Apple store at the Gateway, expecting the same experience, but David completely turned the situation around and we will now feel good about purchasing a full Mac setup and look forward to having David teach us how to make the most of our machines. Kudos for his wit and patience.
The instructor was Awesome!. I'm not good with names. When we bought our computer they guy was young and a new father. He helped us decide on the best fit for a laptop. This computer has been awesome! We have also bought the apple TV. We will be back...
Exceptional. Very knowledgeable, patient, personable, able to communicate exceptionally well
Only buy at apple store. I bought my Macbookpro at simplymac only because it was close to my home. I brought it home and there was a burnt pixel. I brought it back to the store and the tech told me that it was "acceptable". Are you freaking kidding me? $3000 dollar new computer that has a burn pixel and that is acceptable?? Furious I spoke to the manager he would not budge had to go through apple corporate to get it fixed. Took weeks and week to get a computer that was 100% out of the box. If I would have bought from apple I would have never had any problems for them to back up my purchase. The Macbook pro on the other hand it the best computer I have ever used.
DO NOT GO HERE! Only go to Apple Store at Gateway.
Husband and I purchased Apple Care Protection Plan on our Mac Book. One day, a year and half into the warranty, the Mac stops booting, just hanging on the Apple logo. We take it in and mention our Apple Care warranty. They said water damage was the problem and that they couldn't do anything.
They charged us $45 diagnostic charge even though we spent $150 on this extended warranty. They never told us there was a "troubleshooting charge", Apple Care includes free troubleshooting support! Even if its due to an issue Apple Care doesn't cover! Will never go back! ever Less
