I came in extremely grumpy and frustrated from past experiences at the Apple store at the Gateway, expecting the same experience, but David completely turned the situation around and we will now feel good about purchasing a full Mac setup and look forward to having David teach us how to make the most of our machines. Only buy at apple store. I bought my Macbookpro at simplymac only because it was close to my home. I brought it home and there was a burnt pixel. I brought it back to the store and the tech told me that it was "acceptable". Are you freaking kidding me? $3000 dollar new computer that has a burn pixel and that is acceptable?? Furious I spoke to the manager he would not budge had to go through apple corporate to get it fixed. Took weeks and week to get a computer that was 100% out of the box. If I would have bought from apple I would have never had any problems for them to back up my purchase. The Macbook pro on the other hand it the best computer I have ever used.…
