Excellent Service. This salon I have been going to for years and I can't say enough good about it.

You can't find any better stylists. The atmosphere is perfectly relaxing and they know how to pamper you.

I can't imagine going any where else.

Unethical, do not support this company!!!. I WAS a regular client of Angela but I went there and was informed that she was let go, when I called her directly she told me that she was fired because she has a brain tumor. What kind of person would fire someone because they have a brain tumor? I will not ever go there again. Angela Is such a cute girl and does a wonderful job. The lady that did my nails in place of Angela did a horrible job and did not listen to what I wanted.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!. This place was horrible! I purchased a cut and style with a scalp massage. I didn't get the scalp massage, or the style! She didn't even blow it dry! Jiselle (sp?) did a HORRIBLE job! It looks like my 6 year old cut my hair. When I called the next day to speak to someone in charge, I was hung up on! I have to go pay even more to have my hair fixed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. I wish I could post a picture so you can see just how bad it really is. I went in for a trim and a few layers, and will now have hair 8 inches shorter! I wasn't going to post this but since I gave them the chance to make it right and they hung up on me, I will be sure everyone knows just how bad this place really is!

BLACK TIE SALON AND DAY SPA GREATEST SALON EVER. JUST WANTED TO SAY I HAD THE BEST DAY EVER AT BLACK TIE AND DAY SPA. THE STYLIST AND NAIL TECHS ARE AWESOME, FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR AT YOUR BEST FRIENDS. LOVE THE CUT, COLOR AND STYLE. THEY'RE THE BEST.
