IT IS TIME FOR ALL PAST OR PRESENT CUSTOMERS TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY, RON BURT IS A STEALING CHEAT WHO FORCES UN-ETHICAL CONDUCT ON HIS EMPLOYEES, HIS TECHS ARE TERRIFIED OF HIS RECOURSE AND IT SHOWS IN THEIR WORK.

FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND HIS MANAGERS ARE DIRT LIKE THE OWNER.

DISHONEST CONDUCT AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I was here recently to have some service done and could not believe my eyes. The employees were: 1) careless, 2) irresponsible, 3) greedy, 4) did not know what they were doing.



In agreement to other comments that say service here "sucks." The employees dented and scratched. Stole property out of my car, would not classify as professional mechanics that were qualified for their job, refused to take responsibility for their actions. I caught an employee damaging and removing items from my car "red handed" and the company refuses to take any action or responsibility to damages caused. I have never seen anything like this before, especially from a business. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS.

Didn't do a single thing I asked. So I recently took my car in because my E-brake wasn't working, my skid plate was loose and rattling (or so I thought), needed new wiper blades, new antifreeze, and I wanted my doors WD40-ied so they would stop screeching when they open. So for sixty dollars they knocked some ice build up off my e-brake, WD40-ied the front two doors (like I wouldn't notice the back two), zip tied my skid plate (it was loose a week later), and poured new anti-freeze on top of the "summer" fluid I had in there, so it still froze, and installed the wipers. The only thing I was happy about were the wipers. They think just because I'm a girl I wouldn't notice these things? I'll never go here again.
