Rice is always UNDERCOOKED. I would recommed NOT ordering the rice! I have ate there 3 times now. And everytime the rice is undercooked. How do you mess up rice? Especially when you have a rice cooker? I'll go out of my way to eat at Cafe Rio. Their rice is done.
