I was frustrated with the entire experience. Dr Kern works out of an eye clinic. I took my son in to get some warts removed from his foot. I had to hold my son in an eye exam chair and hold his foot in place while it was being worked on because there was no proper place for him to rest his foot. The visit was rushed (approximately 5 minutes). The bill ended up being over $200 even though we had been quoted $82 prior to making the appointment. Also, no deduction was given for paying up front.
