I can tell they're local... and I like it!. I have a vacation condo in St. George that we stay in occasionally throughout the year. During one of our stays the A/C went out. It was cooling down, so it wasn't insanely hot anymore, but we were leaving the very next day. I really wanted to have this fixed before we headed back up to Salt Lake. I called their Claims Service (btw I got directly thorough when I called... I hate holding) and explained my time-crunch situation to them. They were able to send someone out THAT VERY SAME DAY! Very pleased with their service. So far I've only opened the 1 claim.
