I guess you get what you pay for? Nope, not even that. My husband and I signed up to be 6 month member last year after doing our first massage with them for our anniversary. We thought it would be a great date night activity to spend time getting a couples massage and relaxing. So we paid CASH UP FRONT for 6 months of massages for the both of us. And the first month of our membership we scheduled a evening massage which I hated. The woman who gave my massage had a small cold and was sniffling and her hands were FREEZING, and then in addition to having cold hands and lotion on my back, she sneezed and I think she tried to cover it but I felt it...groos. We had already paid for the massages so we went back the next month and the massages were okay. But then the offer on a house we wanted to purchase was accepted and we got SUPER busy. By the time we called to make our next appointment, they told us that we had missed our deadline and couldn't redeem the massages that we HAD ALREADY PAID FOR! I was really upset and asked to speak with the owner. I communicated my frustration that no one told us when we signed up that if we didn't use them in time, we would lose them. And in addition, I told the owner that it was frustrating that no one called to remind us that our deadline was approaching, as a courtesy. He told me that in order to get my massages back, I needed to become a member again for at least one month, and that my previous massages would be re-instated. He DIDN'T say, that this also had a time limit. So two weeks ago my friend scheduleld a massage for us as my birthday surprise. After our massages I requested that I become a member again for a month in order to get back our previous massages, again THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. The receptionist said that we had waitied too long and that our previously paid for massages would not be activiated. Then when trying to pay for the massages, the receptionist says "would you like us to bill the card we have on file?" OH MY GOSH!!! Okay let me get this straight, I pay you up front for massages,much like purchasing a gift card, but because I didn't use them in a certain time I lose them? but you keep my CARD INFO ON FILE? Ridiculous. So So SO frustrating to have all that money literally stolen out of my wallet, this plasce is LITERALLY a scam. I guess you need to read the fine print on a crook shop like this. The massages they give are okay to good, but I couldn't understand how they make money on such low prices and now I know. Its by screwing people over with ridiculous "rules" to swindle people out of money. Don't waste your time here. If you don't mind the drive, we reallly enjoyed going to Zen Massage in Highland, it was around 150 for a couples massage which I think is cheaper than the raised prices at massage enjvy (unless your a first time customer or a member) But ya overall, I was really disappointed, and I expected that when you become a "member" it meant something other than "I hope you don't come in so that we can keep your money and give you nothing in return"

Good Intro Pricing. I had a good experience there. The front area was a little cold, and not so cozy, however the LMT made up for that. She had clear communication and understood my needs and took care of them. I however most likely will look elsewhere for a regular massage, because I don't like to have to buy memberships. Overall though, not too shabby!
