I recently purchase some high end furniture from Wastach Home (which is also supposedly going out of business)? I learned about this after my product was delivered.
Our furniture has some minor cosmetic blemishes. We addressed this with the individuals we were working with and to date, nothing has been done about it. We did get a good deal, but other furniture stores we're also willing to give a good deal. And our intent was to get new furniture in prestine condition. It was not. Again, they were minor blemishes, but were noticed after delivery.
Simply disappointing. I work hard for my customers and expect the same treatment. I would suggest checking out other providers. Or, even better, contract with them to charge the remaning balance after you get an okay from delivery and then go through with a fine tooth comb.
I rarely write reviews, but when you cash out thousands of dollars for special order items that have problems and don't get any follow up, any resolve of ANY TYPE, (I'm pretty willing to work with people) it pisses me off.
