GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND RELAX. This is my first choice to stay. Very relaxing and close to every restraunt you could imagin!! I travel alot and am very picky when it comes to hotels and this one is a 5star hotel. They are very accomidating and are very reasonably priced. The breakfast is great and they have an awsome pool that is always clean. They are constantly updating there rooms.and I would recomend. I have to travel a bit further to work and there are closer hotels to stay at but these guys go the extra mile to make your stay very nice. Clean rooms, plenty of hot water and very safe and quite 5 stars here*****
This is a great hotel for business travelers or family's. I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and was very impressed with the service and the quality of my stay for the price I paid. Not only are they smack dab in the Center of Shopping and food, but the desk clerks are great with directions and Ideas to pass time. They are also right next to a water park and childrens fun center. I had a great stay and would reccomend this to business travelers and family's alike. Thank you Comfort inn staff for your service and professionalism.
Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
Excelent Service- Bad Supervisor'. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and would not recommend it to anyone. I arrived in the Utah for a business meeting and the area was convenient. Checking into the Hotel was very easy. I was helped By James. He was GREAT, courteous and gave me all the info I needed to know about the area. Going out of his way to mention a few choice menu items I might want to try out at a local restaurant. Not to mention, scheduling a cab for me. . I got to my room everything was as expected for the price I paid. On Checking out I had the worst experience EVER at any Hotel. There was a billing error on my room and I had been charged twice. Not only that, But they were charging me more than what was previously agreed upon. I asked the front desk personnel about the rate charge and the extra charges. Anna (apparently the manager at the Hotel) was very rude to say the least. Instead of helping me with the billing error she chose to argue the point with me. Stating it was my fault. I was forced to get her the receipt and showed her how much was quoted before and that only 1 room was booked. She stated that the rooms were pre-paid and there was nothing she could do. I was forced to call the Corporate Offices to get one of the charges off my card. I wouldn?t recommend it unless you want to add headache on your list of things to take on. I would highly recommend that the guy that checked me in get a raise and the lady that checked me out get Fired or find another job that doesn?t involve people at all.
