Warning! Never buy online Sears, only patronize local Sears!. My local Sears store saved me. I had been traumatized, brutalized and hit over the head by Sears ONLINE trying to find a remedy regarding my malfunctioning high end Whirlpool refrigerator.

It was a nightmare to say the least! Sears Online services sent out a tech that didn't know one thing about my new refrigerator and customer service treated me like ... Yep we got your money, tough luck lady! It took hours and hours of wild goose chases, rude treatment and hang ups.

As I approached a nervous breakdown regarding said refrigerator and the lack of support not to mention the rude and unprofessional treatment from online Sears, I called my local Sears store and talked to the appliance manager, Kate.

Without hesitation, Kate and her team came to my rescue. What an example of how to build a loyal and lifelong customer. As a result of my horrific prior experience, I have forbidden all of my children and their children to NEVER buy anything online from Sears and only deal through Sears locally. They are the BEST! Thank you and I will have a good night's sleep tonight!

Great Service. I was in need of an emergency repair and made the mistake of going to Discount Tire. The people there told me the tire was non repairable and attempted to sell me a new tire. I called Sears for a 2nd opinion and they told me to come down. The people there were outstanding!! The tire guy was nice and showed me the repair. I feel confident of the repair and Sears has made a customer for life!!

a visit to an old friend couldn't hurt. i hadn't been in this sears or any sears for that matter for years. mainly because it just seemed that sears had become to pricey for stuff that wasn't anything special. plus they did away with one of my favorite things- the sears catalogue.the other day i was in the neighborhood and decided to check it out . i was pleasantly surprised by all the cute things they had and by all the sale prices. i plan on shopping there very soon now.
