You offer excellent service fast and at a great price. You saved my neck with a client. I had a Raid 0+1 data recovery that had to be performed. It's a pretty good service. I crashed my laptop on the tiled kitchen floor when I tripped over the power cord, and it broke apart in pieces. We needed someone who could help us transfer files from the old laptop to the new one, when we couldn't turn the old one on anymore. We referred to Secure Data Recovery Services, who did it for us in a single afternoon - nice and quick, no hassle. It's a pretty good service.

Go with Secure Data Recovery, they're good at what they do.. I'm not sure how or why, but I somehow managed to corrupt all my Windows XP startup files and as a result, my computer started getting stuck when I turned it on. I took it to a local computer repair center and asked them not to wipe my hard drive unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. They reinstalled Windows and told me they didn't touch anything on the drive and it should all be there - but it wasn't! What was odd was that my hard drive was still pretty full, but I couldn't find the files anywhere... Weird! It looked like it was all still there, just not accessible.

I was kind of scared at this point, and decided it's worth taking it to a data recovery expert. I went with Secure Data Recovery Services and let them have a look. To my immense relief, they were able to find all the missing files and they restored them in a snap!

This is my way of saying Thanks.. I took my computer to Secure Data Recovery Services of Salt Lake City Utah when my system got trashed last week. I tried to unzip an archive that turned out to be a Zip Bomb (look it up). It disabled Symantec and made my system unbootable, and all my data was gone.

Secure Data Recovery Services of Salt Lake City Utah was able to recover some of the data that hadn't been overwritten, which I appreciate very much. But they also gave me plenty of support afterward in getting everything back in order and securing my computer, which is why I'm leaving a review here. Normally, I wouldn't bother, but they sort of left an impression on me, and this is my way of saying "thanks".

Customer friendly service.. I came across Hard Drive Data Recovery Services SLC online while searching for a compnay to try to recover my data from a USB drive that I had laying around for years and tried to pull data off of it.I gave them five stars because they recovered the data in the timely manner and always kept me updated.I wich more businesses were as customer friendly as this one.

Great service and attitude.. I experienced a server crash with about 500gb of extremely important data, Hard Drive Data Recovery Services Salt Lake City saved me thousands of dollars,as well as returning data to me in under one business week. I have since recommended this business to a handful of my friends and associates. Very nice work and a great attitude from all employees at all of the levels of this organization.

Very good service. I had my Toshiba hard disk in service for data recovery. When the recovery process has completed successfully I was informed that I will receive the faulty disk, recovered data, and the new disk back. So far, I am very satisfied with Hard Drive Data Recovery SLC and am most grateful for their patience and kind help.

I will surely recommend this company to my friends if they ever need data recovery.

Very satisfied overall.. Our RAID configuration went bad during a power outage and after contacting a few companies and hearing what they had to say on the subject we decided to contact Hard Drive Data Recovery SLC. They clearly explained that it will take some time because it was a RAID setup,which is completely understandable,we liked the whole setup and decided to go with them.Constant updates from the customer service people as well as e-mail updates always kept as in the light of events and made sure that we knew exactly at which stage our case was. The techs were able to retrieve about 90% of the most important data which was way beyond our expectations and we received our info the next day after the repair process was completed. We would recommend Hard Drive Recovery Services SLC to anyone faced with a complicated RAID problem and less complicated cases.Good work overall.

Impressive professionalism and speed of service. I was really impressed by the professionalism and speed of service offered by the Utah Data Recovery Services. I thought I had lost all my data forever after my laptop crashed. The hard drive was making loud ticking noises and my laptop stalled at startup; Utah Data Recovery Services recovered virtually all the data I had accumulated over the years highly important for my business.
