They do BLONDES right!. I can't say enough about Tuan and his wife. They are great people. Being blonde I have been to many of the so called "high end" salons here in Salt Lake and found they can't get it right when it comes to blondes. Tuan took the time to hear about my nightmare stories and made sure I was happy with my results. HELLO, I NOW ROCK! There is one thing I noticed that stands out even above the awesome talent and that is they care about their clients. I was a brand new client and they made me feel right at home. They worked me in for a last minute appt and I found out that Tuan stays late to make sure his clients get taken care of. They care, tell them your concerns and they will help to address them. Lynn is one of Salt Lake's best. I have been going hear for years and can't recommend Lynn enough. She is wonderful. She seems to really understand the type of style/cut that will work for you and your personality or lifestyle and just gives you a wonderful cut. Her coloring is great also.

The only downside is the cost. BUT, I made the mistake recently of going elsewhere due to the cost, and I ended up with the worst cut ever. I saved some money but it will be about a year before Lynn has me looking the way she did before. I highly, highly, highly recommend spending a little extra money to look your best. Lynn and Salon H2O are worth it!!

Also, the service is really good. They are always on time, and have only been running late once in the 6 years I have been going there, and they called me to tell me Lynn was running 20 minutes late.…

Awesome Salon!!. I found this place on a last minute whim. My stylist cancelled on me last minute, and I needed to get my hair done before I left on vacation the next day! I work downtown at the Gateway Mall so I just called this salon because it was close. I called at noon and was able to get an appointment that day at 5PM. FEW!!! Now, the scary part of changing hairstylists after going to the same one for 5 years.....I was nervous and terrified of getting a bad cut before a vacation.....turns out....I SCORED WITH AN AMAZINGLY CUTE NEW HAIRDO!

Maribel...my new stylist....was awesome. She took lots of time figuring out my hair type, what I wanted color wise and cute wise and listened to everything I said. She figured out my hair color with a formula I brought in, she gave me a to die for head massage and spent so much time making sure my cut was even. I love that they use Kerastase products!!

Needless to say, I have already been back to see Maribel twice....super happy with the switch!…

GREAT Services. I wanted to make a drastic change to my hair style and didn't know where to go; I wanted to try a pixie cut. I'm not a Utah native, and I've only gotten major hair changes done at a place in Clearfield, UT on the recommendation of my in-laws. Because I live in Salt Lake City, that salon was out of the question. I chose this one from a short list, and I am so glad I did. The lady on the phone was courteous and helpful with booking my appointment for later that evening. I love the location: in the Gateway Mall next to Tucanos and near the movie theatre. When we got there, we were greeted and lead to the centre of the establishment. While this confused me at first, I found it interesting that their waiting area is in the middle of the salon instead of the front. I was called to a station rather quickly, gave a few pictures to my stylist (Cynthia) for ideas, and then let her have at it. I asked if she could explain what she was doing as she did it, and she did. I wanted to know how to style my new hair, and she explained that as well. Cynthia was amazing, and I love my new hair. I will definitely be using Studio H2O again.…
