Best Prices and Service in town. I was referred to Morgan Jewelers at The Gateway from a friend and went in hoping to get a better price on a 2ct diamond. I was met by Ricky who found out what I was looking for and he got his Manager David to see what they could do. To make a long story short I saved several thousands of dollars and what I thought would be a difficult process, considering I am picky ended up being smooth and easy. I thought they may match the price I had found before but they totally beat it. Thanks guys! You have earned my business for life!!!!!
5 Star for sure. Thank you so much Morgan Jewelers.
My wife and I went into Morgan Jewelers last week. We had the most pleasant experience we have ever had in a Jewelry store, and we have been in many. Their selection was Great and the kindness from the associates that worked there was impeccable. By the time we left, we felt like family. I highly recommend going in especially if you are getting married or having an anniversary considering they have an awesome selection!
My experience was great!.
Reading some of the earlier reviews you'd think they were talking about a totally different store than the one we experienced.
Not only did we find what we were looking for, but were treated wonderfully and had a positive experience. David was wonderful, we will shop there again.
Do Your Homework.
What Morgan's advertises:
... our customer's ultimate happiness is our primary concern.
... provide expert guidance to their clients on the purchase and care of their Rolex watch.
What the consumers and employees have to say:
Upper management lacks formal education, qualifications for positions and shows an overall lack of knowledge of 21st century business practices.
Beware of Morgan Jewelers, Scam jewelers, crooked lying salesman, ripoff.
[T]hey are worse than a typical used car dealer. I am a very reasonable customer but Morgan's left me in shock, full of disappointment and an empty wallet.
Morgan's offered a useless service .... to repair the watch.
[A]fter the "service", nothing changed, watch was still not functioning correctly.
Morgan's was not about customer service but making a profit.
Spoke to a "manager" who was more hostile than the initial rep...
My rep at Omega sighed when I mentioned Morgan's in South Bay, California. Told me she has heard similiar stories about Morgan's (offering services that do nothing).
[T]he worst customer service I've experienced in a LONG LONG time.
Both the improper crystal and improper bezel results in degradation in value of my "as original", vintage SeaDweller. In light of my expressed concerns over originality, prior to work authorization, your failure to consider or to even be concerned over your actions is irresponsible, reprehensible, and given your prior to repair assurances, dishonest.
I was ripped off BIG TIME by Morgans... Our stone fell out 1 month after purchasing the ring. When it did we noticed a big black spot on the stone and had it appraised, it appraised for LESS than $100 when we are paying $1000 for the stone ALONE.
The staff is always rude, tried to blame the mechanism that wasn't working on a previous repair.
Had a bad experience in their appraisal process. Very sleazy.
[W]orst service ever ever in life.
The service was the worst! It was clearly just about their numbers and not about t what we wanted! TERRIBLE.
Raceist bastards worst service ever ever in life. man these people are so bad man i was there trying to buy diamond studs for my self man i hasd us passport losyt my id us passport is valid id man they asked me to show them the money imagine walking into smiths and them asking you to show them money efore you can shop
The worst men in suits EVER. We went in looking for a wedding band for my husband. We had looked at a couple of other places and planned on looking at a couple more. The service was the worst! Of course they were attentive but as soon as he put a ring on, the salesman just kept saying," let's just take that tag off and make it yours, " "Why don't you walk out of here with the ring on your hand tonight?" It was clearly just about their numbers and not about us finding just what we wanted! TERRIBLE. We did like the rings but we had seen several that were very similar at other jewelers. We just could not bring ourselves to buy from those salesmen! We walked across the way to Tresor Jewelers (a small family business that can do any custom work you could ever want!) and had the best service ever and paid a little more for the same ring THAT NIGHT just because they were so great, seriously the best in history, and offered a lifetime warranty.
