Fantastic. Wings where perfect. Crisp but not overdone. I recommend the Honey Habanero. Draft beer just made it even better. Thanks Guys!!

best wings ever. After having read some of the reviews here a while ago i paid attention to how well the wings were cooked, and i can report that they were a little soft, but still edible. I went back tonight and the wings were cooked perfectly! They were slightly crisp, very hot, and have the same sauce that has me coming back whenever i can afford it. The wings are a little small for what you pay for, but they're so good that it makes you forget that little flaw. The fries are great, too.

undercooked wins. i went with some friends to grad some wings and beer and decided on wing coop, man were we wrong. it took a little while to get our wings but oh well we had beer. when we bit into the wings all of them were still red in the middle. so we took them back up and showed the cook and they made another batch. when we finally got the new batch it was the same thing all over again. so we took them back and asked why we couldn't get some cooked wings and their response was that their thermometer wasn't working right. well if it doesnt work then dont make any food until u get a new one. the last time ichecked their is a Dans grocery store right next door, go get a new thermometer. after that statement from them we decided to just get up and leave and didnt look back. i will never go there again, go to trolley wing company instead!

New Sauces are Amazing.... I eat at the Wing Coop all the time, but I just tried the new sauces that they competed with in Buffalo....amazing! Although I didn't try them, the person next to me was eating Waffle fries. I didn't even know they were on the menu.

As far as the other reviews...I've never had a wing at the Wing Coop that wasn't deliciouso!

Great Baked Beans. The baked beans are great but the chicken wings are not. Sunday afternoon, two people in the place just finishing their meal and three staff members to handle the two of us. Looked promising! I grew up in the South and love chicken wings. I placed my order to be done extra crispy and the wings came up just plain undercooked. I put one in my mouth and took it out. I took the order back to the cook and told him they were undercooked and soggy and he said they were cooked and if I had wanted them extra crispy I should have said something when I ordered ( I did). No offer to cook another batch no I'm sorry, somehow it was my fault. They did give my money back and allowed me to leave, Thanks! Staff needs to be trained and have a Manager over 18 years old. Small undercooked wings! Don't Go

pathetic its same now as it was when it opened. cmon restaurants thrive off repeat business and consistent product. wings are supposed to be crisp not rubbery. sharpen up. the sauce and beer are thumbs up.

Bloody RAW!!!. Went there the other night for some wings and they were bloody and raw. Made me feel sick luckily i didn't get sick. We kept bringing them back just to have them undercooked again. Come on guys don't you know how to use a fryer? 16yo kid behind the counter kept saying he thought the temp guage was broken, but kept screwing them up.

Sushi Wings Anyone?. I have been here a few times before and it was OK then. This time, 5 of us went because our usual wing place was full. We ordered 5 dozen wings to start, and 3 of the 5 dozen were undercooked and pink near the bone, as well as extremely soggy. One batch was good, actually crispy even. We sent back some, and they cooked them a bunch and served us some more wings. This time, we got about half cooked, and one of them was RAW and basically cold at the center, with chicken bl00d oozing out. That's the last time I'll ever eat there, I don't appreciate being served raw chicken.

They need to learn that frozen wings are not going to cook through to the center in 2 minutes no matter how hot the oil.

I have never, ever been served such undercooked chicken before.

OH MA GAD! Thats hot stuff!. Ok, I have only been here once but it was a time I will never forget! They have this competition called the

11-11-11 challenge. So there is this sauce called the 11 sauce (the hottest sauce at wing coop and possibly in Utah) and you have to eat 11 wings with the 11 sauce with no water or anything to make it go down easier in 11 min. It is the worst pain ever, but I am glad I did it. I am on the wall of fame at the location on redwood road. But about the actual wings themselves, I have not tried them other than the 11-11-11 challenge, but my friends went with me and said they were unbelievable. So enough said, I will go back as soon as the interior lining in my stomach heals itself. And I had no problem with seating, There were enough for me and 4 of my friends to grab a table and all sit by eachother.

Just alright for me dawg. I really, really want to love this place. Salt Lake City needs a wing place, just like this. I've been up and down the valley at pretty much every place that serves wings. I've been out of state to quite a few of the wing chains that Wing Coop competes with. Wing Coop's sauces are excellent. They've got some real winners here. They also have a wide array of dipping sauces. Again, excellent. However, after a few visits, Wing Coop's execution is flawed enough that I don't go very often: (1) Overpriced - Wings work out to be almost a buck a piece, without a side or a drink! More than competitors, in or out of state. In fact, they're just as expensive as wings I had at the airport in San Francisco (which were excellent, BTW)

(2) Skimpy veggies - You only get a couple pieces of veggies with a wing order, more costs extra! And the veggies are not cut fresh (very obvious).

(3) Service is the bare minimum, at best.

Lastly, a couple of niggles with the food itself:

(4) Wings tend to be cooked just a little less than I like. They come out juicy and golden. But if they sit in the sauce for a few minutes, they can get dangerously close to that squishy texture you usually get with wings at pizza places. I'd let them cook a little longer to avoid this.

(5) There's a little too much thickening agent in the sauces, which can leave your throat feeling thick after a meal here.
