Do not use, if you have a piano. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received from this company after I had them move just a few pieces of furniture around the block for me. I was quoted it would only be a 2 hour or less move but in the end they tried to charge me extra in their driving time, charged me for a smoke break and breakfast break. My biggest complaint was with how they handled my grand piano. I have had it moved before and it should only take around 30 minutes to dissemble and another 30 at most to reassemble but they took 3 hours for the whole process, since they couldn't remember where the screws went, even tough they had just taken it apart. They refused to meet me even a little bit on this move and in turn I had to pay over $200 more for this little move. I am very disappointed in the way they handled this and in their refusal to own up to their mistake. I would not recommend this service to anyone especially if you have a grand piano, which is why I had hired them in the first place.…
